IMPORTANT ** PLEASE READ**
BEFORE PURCHASING A PRIVATE LESSON FOR YOUR CHILD

Please follow the below steps to set-up an account in our registration system, Glofox, before registering your child for any memberships.

(1) Open this link, click on “Login/Register” in the top right corner, click “Register” under “Create account” and enter your details to create a parent account.
(2) Navigate to your profile page and click “Add” under card to add a payment card.
(3) Next from the profile page under “My Family” click “Add a child account”. Follow the prompts to create your child’s account.
(4) Click the “Use” button next to your child’s name under “My Family” to switch to their account.
(5) Click “Log Out”. You may now use the booking tool below to reserve a private lesson. Any private lessons purchased will be allocated to your Child’s account.

Overview

Whether you’re looking to get some extra, personalized support on a technique you learnt in class or preparing for an upcoming tournament, Apex offers a variety of private lessons for all experience levels. We will offer private lessons starting Oct 1, 2025 during the below windows:

  • Mon - Fri: 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM

  • Sat: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM

The below time slots are available for the noted experience levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced):

  • 20 Minutes / All Levels

  • 40 Minutes / Intermediate & Advanced

  • 60 Minutes / Advanced

How to Book

  • Use the booking tool at the bottom of the page and click on “appointments” to book a private lesson.

  • Select the date that you want to book a private lesson on.

  • All available times will show for that date. If no times are shown or only limited times are shown, either the trainer has been booked by someone else or does not have availability on the selected date.
